Double Cream Yoghurt & Orange Cake

2 and 1/2 cups flour

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

2 and 1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp bicarb

1/2 tsp salt

1 and 1/2 cups double cream yogurt

2/3 cup coconut oil

3 eggs

2 tbls orange juice

1 tsp Vanilla essence

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Set aside.

Into another bowl add your yoghurt, oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla essence.

Mix your dry and wet ingredients till combined.

Pour into a greased pan.

Bake at 180 degrees C for an hour or until a skewer comes out clean.

Remove from the oven, cool.

Serve as is, or, with a dollop of Labneh and some figs.
