Warm Butternut & Sweet Potato Salad

From warm, balmy, summery beach days, just like that, the weather has turned- and a cold front has hit. Luckily for us Durbanites it’s more like a chilly front but even then, warm hearty meals seem to call as replacements for summers light meals.

This salad with a difference is gorgeous in colours, textures and most of all flavours. The rosemary and maple add amazing flavour explosions and lend themselves perfectly to the rest of the ingredients. It pairs well with chicken or meat dishes and works well at braai time as a side. Let me know what you think should you decide to try it.

Enjoy, Much love always,
