Snack time 101

Simple snack 101: 

Quick, easy and healthy, yoghurt can be used in so many ways for a quick snack. Yesterday I served it with some Zaatar powder along with dates and bruschetta to dip in and for a sweet treat I served it topped with berries, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Both are light, very flavorful, healthy and filling too.

Making a tuna mayo sandwich? Why not spread on some yoghurt and for more flavour, a dusting of dukkah or Zaatar.

Smoothies.. A tablespoon or 2 added to the smoothie helps build up a better smoothie.

Enjoy avocados? Why not halve them, remove the seed and fill with yogurt then top with some herbs and fresh ground pepper.
