Oven Baked Steak

For supper the other night I marinated T Bone steak using an old recipe which I had whipped up ages ago, sometime around when I had gotten married. It’s a recipe which my husband has always enjoyed, and it’s simple in that all it requires, is to be marinated, then one pan is all it takes to have a full meal at the table – infact I serve the steak in the pan which I bake it in.

The tomatoes which I used for this meal were from PnP and were on the vine, these were full of an amazing flavour and really lent a gorgeous colour and taste to the final dish.

This dish is great to marinate and freeze, then defrost and bake as required.

Much love always ‘S’
