Harissa Spiced Chicken Wraps

Recently I purchased a bottle of Harissa paste which I’ve been itching to try out, but for some reason or the other I didn’t get down to using it. So last week I decided on a light supper and pulled out the bottle of Harissa paste.

Having found wraps in the freezer, a tub of flavoured cream cheese in the fridge and a jar of salsa in the cupboard, I decided to put together chicken wraps.

For my chicken:

I sliced up 4 chicken breasts to which I added some lemon juice and a tablespoon of the Harissa Paste along with some crushed garlic and a dash of olive oil.

This I stir fried and set aside.

For my sides:

Some chopped cucumber
Chopped lettuce
Caramelised onions
Sliced avocado
Salsa

To serve, I set it all out and each person was able to use whichever condiments and ingredients suited their palettes.
