A quick, easy and delicious take on hake. Prep time is about 10 minutes and cooking time about 30 minutes.
Perfect for those times when you’re running late.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
1 box hake fillets.
Place into a non stick baking pan.
Sprinkle Robertsons fish spice on to either side.
Add the following to a bowl:
250ml fresh cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbls lemon juice
1 tbls flour
1 tbls oil
2 tbls water
Some chopped dhania
Pour over the fish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Peel and cube about 2 potatoes.
Toss with aromat, some mixed herbs and a blob of butter.
Place into a greased dish or make a foil parcel.
Bake with the fish for about 30-40 minutes.
Remove from heat, toss well and serve.
